Francia Raisa (born July 2, 1988) is an American actress. Raisa is best known for her roles in Light It On: All and Nothing and The Secret Life of the American Teenager.
Childhood
Raisa was born in Los Angeles, California. Her parents are Renan Almenderage Coelho and Virginia Almenderage. She is of Honduran and Mexican descent and has two younger sisters Italy and Ireland. A few years after Raisa was born, her father began using her new Latin radio personality El Cucui. She attended Bishop Alemani High School where she was a cheerleader.

CAREER
In her junior year of high school, Raisa became a model for print commercials and appeared in commercials. She a sitcom American family: a journey of dreams and a guest there.
