The government announces a six-day holiday for Eid; all businesses and public places to remain closed

The Ministry of the Interior has announced a six-day leave for Eidul Fitr from 22 May to 27 May (Friday to Wednesday). During this holiday, all businesses, public places, community markets, and shops, with the exception of essential services, will remain closed.
